Common installation issues and fixes
If the Android APK does not install, check that your phone allows apps from unknown sources. Go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your browser, and toggle it on. If you see a certificate warning on iOS, this is normal for our app; tap Trust and continue. If the app crashes on launch, try clearing your phone's cache: go to Settings → Apps → innatogel → Storage → Clear Cache. We also recommend keeping your phone's operating system up to date, as older versions sometimes conflict with newer app features.
Data, permissions, and account security
